Belmondo Hotel - Chania (Crete)

I enjoyed a spacious room with a beautiful harbor view. The location is in the heart of the old town, surrounded by charming streets. Staff service was excellent. They provided excellent dining recommendations. Breakfast was served to the room, offering a good start to the day 🌅

The hotel was small, which resulted in a more personal experience. The location was fantastic - right in the middle of Old Town, the best place to stay in Chania. The views were great - the sea view rooms looked fantastic; I had a city view room with a patio and loved sitting outside and watching people walk by. The rate was fabulous, considering the location and room.

No elevator, which wasn't a big deal for us, since we were on the second floor. The receptionist(s) spoke English, but not fluently - trying to have a lengthy conversation with them proved difficult (when asking for recommendations, etc).

Excellent location and a very romantic hotel. Stay here and you will have best romantic moments ever. The view is divine!

Parking challenges with nearby spots, Noisy environment from the restaurant below!!! A little upgrade to the room amenities would be splendid!!! Remember to ask for an earlier check-in option for convenience!!!

Excellent stay. The most impact for us was the outstanding service and freindliness of the staff. They can help you with anything. We needed to get to the airport but there was a taxi strike so our only option was the bus. The young lady at the reception offered to take us after she got off work. She did not have to do that but she did. Thank you ! Highly Recommended Hotel in Hania, Crete....especially because of its people / service !

The TVs were a bit small....but....on the other hand.....who is going to Crete, staying at a great hotel, then watching tv ! ?

The staff were friendly and gave excellant service. The suite room was very spacious and the terrace a beautiful place to spend an evening.

The staff were fantastic. When we were due to leave the taxi drivers were on strike, we would not have been able to get home if not for the hotel receptionist Maria, drove us in her own car, To me that is the very best of customer service

right on the sea front but had to walk suitcases to hotel this is a bit sad apart from that the room with the sea ans balcony great breakfast good on the balcony and hotel staff was very helpful. graet for the shops as you was in it.

Everything was really good, magnificent location close enough to the Venetian harbor, the center, and the lagoon, particularly helpful staff. It was a classic building, the room was reasonably large and unique with old town view.

Our room was a Superior Suite Balcony Sea View with Hammam! The view from our terrace was lovely. We loved lounging there after our daily adventures. Chilling in the room with complimentary sweets was a nice touch, too!

I had a wonderful suite with a balcony with views over the old harbour; the room was very stylish with Venetian furniture; every morning, breakfast was served on the balcony;

If you have a (rental) car, you must realise that the hotel cannot be reached by car (it's in the historical centre), which means that you have to bring your luggage over quite a distant from any parking place

it has a great location on the harbour. It was great to have our breakfast served on the balcony of our room over looking the harbour. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

being an old building the floorboards creeked every time you walked round the room.
